at Dental Education Laboratories in Santa Barbara‚ CA
by Taylor Ruecking using BIR's 150/130 desktop CT/DR System.

The reconstruction and transparent rendering ideally shows
the amazing complexity of the root canal system in this tooth‚
including the severe canal curvatures and multiple lateral canals.
This method of anatomic research is critical in the education of dentists who
do root canal procedures as root canal systems are
microscopic in size and hidden from view during treatment.
